This position will serve a leadership role in the administration and support of the Conservation Leadership through Learning (CLTL) graduate program in the Human Dimensions of Natural Resources Department. CLTL is a cohort-based, applied program that aims to equip students with higher level skills and knowledge to create meaningful conservation impact around the world.

This position will coordinate delivery and support of the program to approximately 20-25 students annually, including: day to day management, community-building and as-needed trouble-shooting; coordination of co-curricular activities (e.g., field trips, panel sessions, workshops) during the Fall and Spring semesters with other CLTL program faculty; co-instruction of a leadership course in the Fall semester to integrate team-building and self-awareness activities; design and implementation of promotional strategies to attract applicants; communication with prospective students; coordination with on-campus offices to prepare students for capstone projects and degree completion; oversight of the application process and monitoring applicant progress; oversight of general communication about the program, including on social media and program website; collaboration with faculty on evaluation about the effectiveness of the program; leadership to prepare students for capstone projects, and monitoring student capstone progress; and; supervise 1-2 work study students.
